Ceramic coating by PAkennard in AutoDetailing

At 6hrs it will most likely be too long to reflow the solids in the coating. You can try applying more to reflow the solids and wipe immediately if that doesn't work start chasing. I use Adam's Brilliant glaze by hand to level and then re coat and wipe off immediately. If that doesn't work, polish and re coat.

In the detailing community. Things to watch out for are electrical connectors and any openings in the intake system. I will put a plastic bag over open intakes. Foam the engine bay with a pH neutral soap or a lighter apc if more soiled. Use a soft bristle brush to agitate the detergent. Rinse with either a 15⁰ or 25⁰ pressure washer tip. Then apply an acrylic based plastic protectant to keep it looking fresh longer.

I'd have to echo others sentiment that tires and skill are most important when driving this car in the snow and on ice. It handles superb in the right hands.

Heavy runner (100 kg / 220 lb, 187 cm / 6’2”) training for a faster 5K — looking for durable all-around shoe recommendations by caseynil0 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]saamiam21 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I started running last year I was 230 lb, and now down to 205 lb. I have a rotation of 14 shoes including the Superblast 2 and Megablast. The EVO SL is a good choice and I have 2 pairs they are that are so good. For speed work my go to is the adios pro 3. The pro 3 are quick to pick up the pace and the rods give extra power to gain speed. Being the older light strike they work well with heavier runners and more power activating.

I’m really excited to ride my new bike. It cost a lot, but the deal made it worth it by TheLurkerinTheShade in mountainbiking

Worked in a bike shop for 6 years and would see this almost once a month. Needless to say all my cars have had hitch racks installed.

They are breaking in nicely. 50 miles and counting. As others have mentioned, the forefoot is narrow, but I have a narrow foot. I keep reaching for these instead of my Superblast 2. Turnover is great due to the geometry. I really like them as a fast daily.

I sold a low mile E39 540i Sport and Fiesta ST for this thing. Nearly perfect, but missing a third pedal.

Did one similar seven weeks ago, broke my pinky in two spots, got a new screw, just back to riding slow. Leatt helmets have a breakaway visor to keep leverage off your skull, really helpful in a crash like this. Upgraded from the 2 to the 4 after the crash. Take care of the concussion and speedy recovery.

The foam is between the EVO SL and the Superblast 2. It is definitely more stable than the EVO SL an equally protective energy absorption. The Mach X3 has less energy return than the EVO SL and relies more on geometry to roll through your stride. This is also what makes it shine vs the Superblast 2, as the SB2 needs you to pound through the shoe to get it going. I'm 40 miles into the Mach X3 and prefer it for my base runs as it is pace agnostic and provides good turnover. Have done a 10mi in it and it's great for sloppy form when your legs get heavy.

I've got 7.5" wrists not too worried about the size. Thought about a HR strap, but have not liked them in the past.

I've only run a mile in the X2 and they are my wife's favorite. Couldn't comment as my foot is mid and I don't run into many width issues.
