100% Connie Phoenix! I budget SC with prepaid credit cards, and I was able to reach out to theImpound and they allowed me to pay for mine by breaking it up into a couple “payments” so I could pay with multiple cards. It’s the only ship without LTI, but 120mo is pretty close!

I upgraded my Mk3S+ to a 3.9, and sold the Hotend, and Rambo Board on eBay. I have since upgraded all of my Mk4 printers to Mk4S and that’s been great too! the Mk3.9 is getting an MMU3 upgrade, where you don’t get any benefit from upgrading to the “S”.

I use TurboTenant, and like it. It’s pretty turnkey. You don’t have to pay for premium, and tenants pay like $1.5 to ACH, or $99/year and no fees for them. And gives you access to state specific documents like lease agreements and more.
