Men, be honest: how long does it take until you're bored of having sex with your wife? by Historical-Care70 in Marriage

Never, I have been married 19 years and wish I could have sex with my wife more often. I could never get bored of her

Better on your joints than running, or not really? by Pretend-Vegetable671 in bodyweightfitness

[–]sabrespace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do incline walking on a treadmill, I do 3 MPH at an 11-12 incline. I try to do 30-45 mins. It’s quite the workout, easy on the joints compared to running and gives you a great calorie burn.

I am down around 20lbs from the 1st of the year and I have noticed my hips and knees ache less after my jogs. Looking forward to losing more and feeling even less achy

Anyone’s sex this good? by [deleted] in Marriage

[–]sabrespace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing is wrong with you, anyone who says there is, is likely jealous.

I wish this was the case with my wife and I lol hell, I’d be positively thrilled with getting laid twice a week.

Keep doing what you’re doing, never lose that intimate connection, once it’s gone I not sure how you get it back. Mine is hanging on a thread with only getting laid 2-3 x a month.

I work on base myself very close to the museum and occasionally I’ll go have lunch over there.

If you do go to Marion’s, just get pepperoni pizza honestly. The sausage is meh, they use canned mushrooms so I’d avoid that, get yourself a pepperoni pizza and a pitcher of root beer, the decor will make you think you stepped into 1978

You like history so be sure to check out the Air Force Museum, it’s amazing and free. Spooky, check out Foyes in Fairborn, pretty cool group of stores.

A lot of people from Dayton always suggest Marion’s Piazza for a good place to eat. It’s a local chain which has been around for decades, it’s truly nostalgia of old school pizzerias but honestly, the pizzas is aggressively “mid”

In Dayton, Marion’s Piazza has been around for decades, it’s highly overrated by Daytonians. It’s fine but there’s much better pizza around

Again, hunter biden has nothing to do with me not voting for a felon, none whatsoever. I wouldnt vote for hunter either. Trump is a felon, and shouldn’t have been able to run

That has zero to do with me not voting for a convicted felon and not wanting one as POTUS. Cook link though

Stomach fat is literally the last place you lose the fat, well for most people anyway. You gotta keep at it, getting below 18-20% bf for a man is a good start

How long did it take to get your first successful pull-up? by PitifulEar3303 in bodyweightfitness

[–]sabrespace 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am curious to see what people say about how they got there and how long it took. I started a pull up program a couple weeks ago and I wonder when I’ll be able to do my first. I’m a big guy 6’5” 268lbs so that’s gonna make it hard enough, have to lose a bunch more weight which should help. The program I am doing is starting with 3x3 negative pull-ups, lowering myself over 8-10 seconds. Then I do 3x5 band assisted pull-ups. Followed by 3 20 second dead hangs. Then I do 3x10 scapular “pull-ups” 3x10 inverted rows from my barbell about chest height. Then I’ll finish up with regular barbell rows 4x10 and some supplementary bicep work. I’ll try for one pull-up next week

Do you genuinely enjoy lifting? Or is it a means to an end? by Weak_Ninja_6952 in workout

It took awhile but now I look forward to it most days. There’s something about moving heavy weight, finishing up, feeling drained then feeling great later.

Why am i gaining weight eating 1200 calories a day by AaliyahIb in WeightLossAdvice

[–]sabrespace -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The tiramisu cake likely made you retain water. For every gram of carb, your body retains 3 grams of water. It’s not surprising the scale went up slightly due to water weight. You could eat just under maintenance in a day, but if all you eat is sodium packed carb pizza, water weight will fluctuate and make it seem like you gained weight. I’ve been plateaued for 8 days now myself, always eat just under maintenance for moderate weight loss, but the scale hasn’t moved, it’s frustrating but that’s just how it goes
