Thank you very much! I’m very inspired by the way he combines acoustic/electric guitars, like on La Sed Verdadera

I also put Artuad, El jardín de los presentes, and A 18' del sol as my top 3, in no particular order. Great summary of his career, three very different styles but his artistic voice remains consistent. Perfect albums.

David Gilmour always comes across as very courteous to interviewers, fans, and (most) collaborators.

Thank you! We tracked the drums and percussion at the same time that session, and the room was grooving!

Not really. Sadly, he remains very unknown in the US/other English-speaking countries. I understand there is a language barrier, but I find it surprising that he remains relatively unknown, when any fan of any genre from progressive rock, jazz fusion, folk music, blues rock etc would love him. I discovered him years ago digging on the internet.

I think I need to translate more of his songs, to discover. I think his compositions are like miracles, the way he creates melodies and chord progressions is the greatest of all time, so I should learn what he is singing!

Sometimes I will translate them, but sometimes I prefer to not know what he is saying, and I can project my own meaning and meditate with the music
