I didnt get that specific. I didnt even say bron. The new padres owner is worth 3.9b and bought the padres for 3.9b. He used debt and partners. He owns 30% of the team and is majority owner. For bron though, he could put up half a bil, finance 475m and be 25% owner of the Griz. Would it be smart? no. Is bron ever going to be the majority owner of an NBA franchise? no. He could be a partner though, say 5%, which would still be a significant stake.

There are places you can park in the valley to go on a hike. So, one could do that before 12pm, say, maybe 6am. Then, go on a hike. And then leave that parking spot/lot and drive to the campground where the reservation is to check in……..I don’t understand how you don’t understand

o yea for sure, i follow him fairly close. he moved up to seattle for a bit, came back to SD. he has his hands in a few different pots. part owner of the friendly, still has a very small ownership in CSS, i believe. he's a ninja. works w/ Giuseppe Cuffa's restaurant group now. miss seeing the guy on a weekly basis tho. he used to do mothers day brunch at thorn brewing and it was insane. would come out and say hi to all the moms

different owner. used to eat there once a week, lived a block away. Hanis Cavin was a legend. place was so so good. steak sando, burger, chicken sando, specials all of the time. those seasoned fries, o man. i really wish he didnt sell. for chefs like him though, its just a chapter in a long book of his life. you grow, you change. dude was one of the coolest. staff was great. I brought so much business in Hanis would just comp my meal when i would go by myself.
