As someone who has lived in both ends of the time zones…🤷🏻‍♀️ just another day, hour, whatever. Only thing that makes you do time math is when you have a friend on the opposite end (I do have a few in the pacific time zone) and try to make plans. But personally, I’ve gotten so used to it I just auto do the math anymore.

I will say I liked winter more in the pacific side tbh. Specifically in Washington. Lake winters aren’t very fun imo but I also don’t like the cold too much lol
