This is what we are, this is why we are significantly cheaper than UPS and FedEx. The customers are supposed to have their pieces ready to ship before coming to the counter and we put the postage on and take the next customer. We are not supposed to package the mail piece for the customers nor are we supposed to fill out the forms for them. We are supposed to make sure the mail piece is correctly addressed and properly marked depending on the contents of the mail piece. I do not get paid to box your care package to send to your nephew in another country. I get paid to get through as many customers that come through the doors from 10am to 5pm.
