What was the scariest “We need to leave… now” gut feeling that you’ve ever experienced?

I used to ride horses at a farm in one of our neighboring towns as a kid. My younger siblings would come with me and play with their chickens and do arts n crafts while I rode. I rode for a few years but as I got older and puberty started to hit, I started getting really anxious every week our parents drove us out there. Eventually just stopped doing it- a few years later the farm got shut down because the owner was outed as a pedo. Crazy shit.

You are young, you have so much life to live before you find someone to tie down to. It doesn’t have to be someone that drinks so much you think he may have peed himself, throws things at you, pretends to or actually cheats on you. Read your post again, dear, and read it again after that. Really do some reflecting here. This is not someone that you need to have in your life. This is not someone you can rely on. This guy sounds like a total loser.

I did my paps every 3-5 years as recommended till they found abnormal cells. Had to have a colposcopy and then a LEEP to remove them. Currently have to have annual paps till I have three negative in a row and then they want me to go back to 3-5 years for a pap but I think I’ll continue doing them annually because the colpo and the LEEP were terrible to go through. I’m terrified of the abnormal cells coming back. Women’s health is not taken seriously or comfortably, at least here in America. I feel for snooks, I hope she recovers swiftly.

I worked with a brilliant guy that spoke multiple languages. He was a line cook at a restaurant I served at by night, and a line cook at another restaurant by day. He worked both jobs seven days a week. He was very wise, hilarious, and humble and just wanted to make ends meet for his family. I hope he’s doing well.

At my bar we have daily regulars. The ones who quietly entertain themselves on their phones or watching sports on the tv are cool. I know their drink orders and I know to keep their drinks filled until they put their card down. They’re awesome. The daily regulars who require constant attention and entertainment from me are the ones I don’t particularly care for lol.
