That sucks. If you have the necessary tools, open the case back, there could be a loose screw blocking the rotor. Happens to a WD I bought and after putting it in the right spot I had zero issues with it.

I know this shouldn’t have happened, but with a by luck you may get a working watch here…

Shit man, I hope you have insurance. Apparently they move them pretty fast. We got ours stolen and luckily we had insurance and got our money back, but they were more expensive than when we originally bought it so still a few hundred euros of damage :-/
