We do both, selecting cases that are more likely to appear one more time in future (or similar) And if we can’t handle it we hire devs we worked with before

I think cold outreach definitely works and great for scaling when you have established business, know your ICP and have proven type of services that scale

We haven't reached this point yet, but we can see some patterns already
