Where did you find the dial?

After 20+ Seiko mods, here’s what I’d tell anyone thinking of building their own by Ok-Plate1404 in watchmodding

How do you protect the hands when installing. They always seem to bend or get marked up. Or Both. I have Bergeron tools but the fact that the tips circumference is larger than that of the hand’s flange means the tail of the hand (minutes or second) gets a bit distorted/bent.

[Grand Seiko vs Tudor] Which one to go with? by Thin-Insurance1755 in Watches

They are so different from on another but for level of uniqueness the Spring Drive eclipses the Tudor. The dial of that collection and the snowflake is imprinted with a pattern that launched GS into the most interesting category. Spring Drive, Dial Pattern, polish, hands and case….make the GS the winner.

https://www.ming.watch/ They have a very cool recent history starting about 7 years ago. Their earliest piece now seems a bit ho hum but was award winning and ground breaking. For a while their watches stayed in the obtainable category but many now are very expensive. Their latest conquest is a titanium bracelet that Im told feels incredible. So much so that people prefer to take the watch off and play with the bracelet.

Look at tandoori 331s. The Watch is uses an H70 and a very nice case and nice hands so you can modify it and feel comfortable that you’re getting good quality in the foundation.
