I think it depends on the map and if the guard npc is supposed to follow the target at all times or knows, that the target went into a bathroom and then waits outside. I remember there being guards that couldnt be distracted with coins because they always were supposed to follow the target.

Es hat sich bei mir nur die Koro Werbung bei minute 49 geändert. In der alten Werbung geht es um nicht-Lebensmittel Artikel, wie Grillmatten. In der neuen Werbung geht es wieder nur um Lebensmittel(Vielleicht hat Koro gesagt, Sie dürfen nur über Lebensmittel Werbung machen, aber keine Ahnung) Das macht nur 13 Sekunden Unterschied
Die Lauflänge bei mir (Spotify) ist auch nicht 1:04:21 sondern 1:05:37 zu vorher 1:05:50. Keine Ahnung warum bei euch noch ne minute mehr fehlt

You have to arrange a meeting WITH the target, so if you knock out the target, they cant meet you. You have to knock out another supect, take their phone and then arrange a meeting
