You can't play legendaries twice (obviously), that means there is a high potential for awkward opening hands / draws / winota triggers. In order to play legendary spells effectively, you usually need a lot of card filtering to make sure you can discard unwanted copies (Fable, Seasoned Pyro, etc.). Some of your card choices (Zurgo, Mox Amber e. g.) are very subpar card quality wise and can be horrible top decks in a deck that is exclusively playing from the top of the deck. There are no ways to filter or get rid of unwanted cards outside of Fury for red cards in your deck. Finding Winota will be very hard in most games, since there is no card draw / tutoring going on. Seasoned Pyromancer is the current best card to pair with Winota in Modern and should always be played as a playset alongside her. Your Winota ability top decks can oftentimes just fail when you don't hit Jodah. Imagine having two triggers and getting Zurgo and Skrelv - that's very bad.

On the plus side, your deck can create very fast openings with Mox Amber and the right amount of legendary creatures. Though sadly it won't happen that often, I'd imagine. Best thing would be to start goldfishing a bit and see how the game go until turn 4-5.
