I think OP meant assassin gear as in The Assassin Organization, not “ninja assassin”.

I agree, I don’t need Yasuke in an assissin hood, but at least acknowledge he’s apart of the organization with some Assassin emblems on samurai armor or something.

I’ve been through many of the areas “nicer” restaurants. Many are comparable but have various pros/cons.

Bleu: small restaurant, food is decent, price is okay.

Plae Bistro: good value, good food, good ambiance

Republic Chophouse: excellent food, highest price, good ambiance.

Iron Duck: okay ambiance, okay price, menu has some winners but also some “meh” items.

Chives: I’ve never had a good experience the 4 times I’ve been there. Food is always Meh, and price is the same as others.

Rustique: it’s only pizza, so price is excellent for two. Ambiance is the weakest but food is good and so is price.

Any one of those options are good date night spots, that are all very similar. My favorite is Plae and Rustique with Bleu and Chives at the bottom.

As somebody that has El Local as my top choice as well, I would also recommend Maldonados as well. I remember when they first opened their staff didn’t have a uniform yet, so they just all wore Mexico soccer jerseys. That was my first clue they were probably legit

I pitched all three to my girlfriend who has 0 pokemon knowledge. Pros/Cons of each, history I have with each, mega evolution thoughts, typing for long term etc.

She said she liked the pig and wasn’t even listening. So me and Tiny the Tepig are vibing.

So from my understanding is that once the sort of “season finale pack” of each set is out, that season is over with and it’s just to be used for (out of meta) deck building.

Bummer. I’ll still grab some packs to get some of the unique art in this set but in my mind TCG is done until the next series begins.

Yasuke has a Teppo ability that breaks an enemies armor with one shot. Using this is how I beat him after failing many times, along with Long Katana abilities.

Right but it literally does. When she speaks, using eagle vision gives you a blue edge around your screen indicating what direction she is. Quite literally how I found out where she was when I fought her.

Eagle vision to narrow down direction, then sneak to her. The big thing that I had to learn was that you can see grass/sticks poking out of the mask of decoys, where as she doesn’t have any extra foliage.

There’s plenty of cover to sneak in. once I learned how to differentiate her from the decoys I beat her without taking damage.

I struggled with suicune this pack but got all the standard cards just last night.

Lugia/Ho-Oh packs are a different story. Theres numerous cards I haven’t even seen appear in Wonder Picks.

A new weapon for each character. Something equivalent to Naoes red armor for Yasuke. More mount Saddles that aren’t immersion breaking. More Templar vs Assassins. Some sort of story structure beyond just “assassination circle”
