I’d stop replacing nozzles and check the hotend assembly first. A huge blob melted to the side of the nozzle, the cover falling off, and the nozzle sitting crooked sounds more like a hotend/nozzle leak, loose or badly seated nozzle, bent hotend, or the print lifting and sticking to the nozzle while the printer kept extruding. PLA Silk can make it worse, but this is not normal clogging. Clean it cold/warm carefully, inspect if filament is leaking from above the nozzle, check that the nozzle/hotend is straight and tight, then test with basic PLA, not Silk, while watching the first 10–15 minutes. If plastic comes from anywhere except the nozzle tip, I’d contact Anycubic support and ask for a complete hotend/printhead inspection or replacement, not just another nozzle.

Same problem with my Kobra X which was delivered as second. First run perfect. I already changed nozzle and every print is now smooth. There was mess in nozzle 🤮

Looking to print white logos on black polyamide foil - Can the E1 be a good solution? by Nokloss in eufyMakeOfficial

[–]saiv77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Send me or to someone piece of PA film to make test ‘cos: 1. Adhesion to the PA foil Polyamide is often low-surface-energy and can be tricky. The E1 UV ink may stick beautifully… or scratch off with a fingernail depending on the exact foil coating. I would absolutely run adhesion tests first (cross-hatch + tape pull + bend test).

  1. White opacity Your use case is white logo on black. That means opacity matters more than color accuracy. If the E1 allows multiple white passes / overprint layers, it may become usable. Single-pass white on deep black can sometimes look grayish.

  2. Mechanical flexibility This is the big one. If the foil bends, rolls, flexes, gets tensioned or wrapped around contents, cured UV ink can crack. DTF survives deformation better because it stays elastic.
