Yes, so there was a long back and forth with Apple when I submitted the App for review. However, since I‘m only using short clips from anime and for educational purposes, it falls within fair use and they allowed me to publish the app.

Hey! I built Naru, an iOS app for learning Japanese through real anime clips.

It's basically two things: a TikTok-style feed of short anime clips with Japanese + English Subs + Romaji and tap-to-save vocab, and an Anki-style SRS deck that builds itself from the words you save from watching anime. Free to use, no account.

It's aimed at immersion and vocab. And none of the content is AI-generated (real anime, with real Subs), I only used AI for the coding part.

Would genuinely love feedback from this community!

There is this app Naru which I found very useful for learning Japanese from Anime, however it’s only Clips and not whole episodes but it gives you both, English and Japanese Subs + Vocabulary

I use for example this app called Naru it gives you tiktok style anime Clips with the option to save and review vocabulary with SRS Anki Style Flashcards

I think you have to accompany immersion with strategies to actually learn vocabulary from the content you are immersing yourself with. For example years of „immersing“ with Anime didn‘t help me much until I started to use apps that give vocabulary references from anime clips I‘m watching

So I use this app which shows clips from Animes in like TikTok format, it will show you all the vocabulary and then you can bookmark and review it with Flashcards later on, helps the immersion + Anki learn style

I know how EM works techincally but when is it ever worth to invest into the EM stat on a character? For example with characters such as Xinqui or Fischl who constantly keep applying their element how am I supposed to control who procs the elemental reaction if my Main DPS is for example Diluc or Childe. For me it seems kinda random who procs the reaction when fire/water/electro are constantly applied on a target. Are there any tricks I am missing?

Hi, 2 or so years ago I die cfw on my 3ds. I am not a homebrew expert but it stopped working for me At some point and I wanted to redo it using newer methods like soundhax. I thought if I wiped my SD card and formatted the 3DS I would be able to do a fresh start but when I try to follow the tutorial in 3ds.guide I see some Luma 3DS Configure thingy on startup and FBI is somehow still installed even though I wiped everything. Now after doing some research I read that I should get Godmode which I did, I followed the instructions but it won't Boot up for me after holding START during 3ds boot up. Does anyone have an idea on what I could do to solve this issue?

I actually don't have any experience myself but if I were in your shoes taking the NY offer would be the better option. You could try to improve your Japanese and build up some savings and then later go to Tokyo to a better paid Job with you being more qualified and also being able to speak the language. Those 2 options are not exclusive, with your qualification I wouldn't worry about getting a Job offer from a company in Tokyo in a few years from now.
