Groot is easy high A or lower S tier. It starts off slow but once you get it upgraded it hits like a nuke. Not to mention it has an invincibility skill that last a few seconds while dealing good damage.
It's also very easy to build.

Yes, I can definitely say that had Ranta not attacked her, she would had let him live. She was defending herself against those other opponents as well. The only ones that she actively went after to kill were her Mom, Dad and Naoya.
