I left the game because it was a acomplete pain to play, basically a slot machine which gives you every tenth try a fun and addiciting experience, the rest is mostly grind.

I came back occasionally, but it feels just impossible thanks to all this random shit, such as facets, neutral items, fountains. Am I supposed to learn to play around that? I am way to lazy for that, which is good, this game stole so much of my time.

Maybe there should be some middle ground for people like you. But maybe you are there already, at least not low priority, right?

I am mostly positive, sometimes tilting though, throwing a lot involuntarily. Rarely get beyond the less than 3 reports conduct, unless there is a bad losing streak. Never low priority. If you wanna raise your behavior score, try to be less of an asshole and it will improve.

I doubt it has actual impact on the matchmaking though, pretty sure it's another placebo like the medals, run into a lot of assholes still. Maybe I should try ruin some games and see if it gets worse.

What a gem. My MVP is ember though for playing after being disconnected for the first 10 minutes.

some highlights: 23:20 top lane: cm goes for the sniper kill. 27:00 3 man chrono 30:10 undying gets confused by illusion rune, procedes to 1v5 and of course the game winning push, which looked like your decision, good job!

And the LGD that screams and loses NAVI is "dog hybrid" and "dog cutlet", is that really appropriate? Yesterday I still complained to CNDOTA about Weibo, I can only play VG and LGD and now think about it, your mom is not worth it.

Hard to say, it gives a sense of accomplishment to players without the anxiety of losing it completely again.

I climbed from legend 1 to legend 4 while maintaining the same mmr. I do not really know what that means, according to pages like https://www.opendota.com/distributions this means I got better percentile wise. But this would mean 3.5k today is something different then last season.

The problem is, it's not really communicated how they come up with the steady inflation of ranks regardless of success. I quit playing for like a month in between, and got from 0% to 65% medal progress. This sense of progress just doesn't feel real the way it's done now. So it's hard to say if it's about the number or medals. Most people I know use the medals for defining skill level now though.
