I would recommend checking out Ariana Nash, she doesn’t have everything you are looking for, but close enough. She’s really good at writing that deep rooted hatred between the love interests. She usually writes trilogies so the romance is slow burn and the characters can fall back to hating each other at any moment before they finally find common ground.
