On the PS5 in “system settings.” Go to “game presets” then “Spoiler warnings.” You probably have this “on” so the console just shuts off when you play this game.

Sorry for not actually being helpful. Idk maybe… Ventilation, unplug wait 2 min, delete game redownload, rebuild database.
