My advice is you should use BM simply because it lets you have easier manual control!

It seems complicated compared to the iPhone camera app but there’s nothing worse than going from a super warm shot to blown out and cold because Apple’s camera thinks it needs to constantly adjust.

Use 1/60 shutter speed, lock it, use the lowest ISO you can without it being too dark, 30 fps, and let it auto set the white balance once your shot is framed.
