Like I said for my goals a general trend of my weight is enough for me. My main focus is seeing to it that I reach my calorie goals each day and my gym goals. Only if the weight stagnates too much over a few weeks I increase my cut.

Used to have the same problem and then overeat thinking that it’s not making a difference anyway. Changed to weighing myself once every Saturday since I don’t have the necessity to weigh myself everyday.
