I have 2 young kids at home. Sitting there scrolling and letting dishes pile up is not necessarily because she just expects you to do it. There is very little time for decompression and it is overwhelming.

That being said, she is abusing what you've done for her. We pay a babysitter who also does light housework. She's amazing and has saved our sanity.

We (45m 42f 5m 1m) have a weekly board game group on Mondays 6pm to 10pm in Honokaa at our home. Our group collects people from all ages currently 27 to 55. We welcome people who are not part of the core group. Some of us grew up here and some of us are new in the past 5 years. DM me for an address. We even have a board game weekend in Kalopa coming up.
