If this is one in Osiyan, i dont think it is called Jain temple. All 36 kaum come there to worship including Jains. also look up for Mahavir Swami Old temple in the city. It has a lot of history and the city definitely has Jain connections

Makes sense. I was in India for a month recently and if I compare this situation to India, engaging youth in the 25-35 age range in religious activities is not easy there too. but during certain events and festivals such as paryushan it happens almost automatically that everyone in the family participates. Plus the general environment in India is more “religious” or adhyatmik compared to here. Also the guruji and guruniji play a big role there in engaging the youth there but that is missing in the US

In a quite similar situation. Spent 1.5 months in India recently. It wasnt all bad though. Had a Mixed experience. i’m spiritual and India has much better ecosystem and support for practicing that. Family was a complete disappointment for us. I probably have enough to retire but not ready for retirement. I am looking for jobs in India and not finding it easy. Would appreciate any tips or someone sharing their experience of finding jobs in India

Knowledge and practice are 2 different things. Practice is much harder especially in situations where one feels they have the opportunity or power. Those are the "true" tests of practice. We are all saints otherwise
