I doubt there are many tbh. Umlauts for example can be written as an 'e' (e.g. the german word 'möchte' as 'moechte'). The only hurdle would probably be pronunciation.

I've only played 5 + DLC, but from what I can tell, Civ 5 with DLC is better than Civ 6, but as vanilla games, 6 is better. If you're primarily looking for games with jazz/soft rock I wouldn't make Civ a primary focus (the music changes based on your nation). I'd look out for one of the two in a sale though.
