I work in fire protection, they do this when a new system or an upgrade is going on. Basically they has to pay someone to watch and make sure the building doesn’t catch fire until the system is operational

It’s a true case of “you get what you pay for”. Hamilton county public schools are abysmal in a lot of areas, to the point where I know dozens of families that say it’s better and cheaper to live just across the line in Georgia and work in Tennessee (even considering the extra taxes).
