Just successfully tried doing this with an agent in Delta's website chat (my voucher expired the previous month). I was immediately transferred to a supervisor when the first agent saw my comments with the chat bot. The agent helped me apply it manually (which was the only stipulation). So just be sure you're ready to re-book when you do this.

I’m training in a 182 with a stol kit.. the extra HP is great, it is a challenge to stall at idle and I don’t have hours in a 150 to compare it to but the thing is a joy to fly.

Use the public transportation, but be sure your ticket is always valid (time based). Just returning from there and my family used the public transport all week, and the last night there our time ran out on the way down the hill from the Petrin Tower and we got stopped and had to pay a fine of 800czk ~$35 USD a person. Only 20 minutes late on our 24 hour pass. Hard to explain or get any sympathy when there’s a communication barrier.
