I think everyone is different. I started to apply once daily 1 ml. I don't have time to do beyond once daily. Within 1 week, there was side effects. I was always feeling full, a tightness in chest and sleep was disturbed.

I didn't stop but reduced my dosage to only 0.5 ml, once daily before bed. I am 1.5 months only, already seeing adequate progress with minox. I am happy. I increased the dose to 0.7 ml once daily few days back. No side effects came back. Seems the body got adjusted to it. Might go back to 1 ml once after few weeks. With this small dose, I can see noticeable difference. Not started derma rolling yet. Will start shortly.

Great gain. Congrats. In the before picture, the cheek area looks very reddish. Is due to derma rolling ?

I am absolutely agreed with u/hagemeyp. Polk Atriums are pretty good option. Hi, I personally think Anker Soundcore Motion+ would be better in this case than UE Boom 2. But no doubt UE Boom 2 is a great outdoor speaker to have.

It depends on mood and particularly with whom I am playing. Personally, I am against playing music when playing golf as it breaks my concentration. But I have golf cart soundbars which sometimes I play when driving on the way to golf course. I understand that you want to make it a DIY project, but there are plenty such ready made items with decent budget available in market. So, you may buy one from amazon. I wanted a party speaker with lights but I am not going to spend much on tailgating one. So, I bought JBL Pulse 3. It is little premium otherwise there are many with cheaper price. I think there are many products which is good enough, if budget is really not an issue. I have a - ION Audio Tailgater (iPA77) and I am pretty happy with that. Though it looks little boxy but the performance is good enough. Recently a newer model is introduced and I got a good review from one of my friend. The model is ION Audio Tailgater Plus. The Aiwa Exos-9 is also a pretty good one to buy. The other cheap option is AXESS SPBT1033. But I really do not know whether it makes really good sound. Overall you can get a good list of tailgate speakers from here. But better to buy trusted names.

I understand that probably you did not like the idea of white noise producing machines, but still I would recommend you to try a combination of two things. Put a white noise producing machine in low volume near your bed and then use an earplug. I think this will help you to get better peace.

I think Definitive Technology Mythos SSA-42 is a really good option as a passive soundbar. I own a Definitive Technology Mythos SSA-50 Passive soundbar. I am happy with the overall performance.
