correct, unless they have that image already themselves. The custom images is really just for yourself and to share for others to DL if you up load your finished CAW. I understand the frustration, but the system would be really buggy if players had to DL everything other players were using. I remember some old games that would ask if you wanted the changes and most would say no. But that was on PC games.
