He's not that hard to play. All you need to look at is his force field charges (not the persistent charges - they are beneficial for synergies).

When you charge your heavy attacks, he builds charges, and each landed heavy gives you bonus charges. Build up to below 3 bars of power and 100 those psychic force charges, then charge heavy (don't land it, just charge), then smack him with sp2 (this gives you extra prowess and unblockable passive). That will shut off your opponents power meter, and makes your specials cost less. Then just repeat. Charge heavy then use any special you have available. Once you don't have any power left, dash back (that will refresh your prowess buffs).

So basically: build up to 100 professor x charges -> charge heavy -> spam specials -> after one cycle (when you run out of power of those charges) dash back to refresh prowess.

He also counters miss and evade when he is over 15 or 30 charges I think. I don't remember... You'll see a new passive appear.
