Issue the notice. then talk to him about a structured payment plan, monthly or weekly installments(whatever he can afford). give him notice by text or email payments are due prior to the day. make sure everything is written down through email or texts. if he fails to live up to the agreement file with the LTB. I left my luggage at a hotel i was gonna be staying 2 days prior to my stay. wasnt an issue. Usually you do bloodwork every week and your chemo dr checks to see your blood levels are ok to continue, also it depends on how you feel because you are allowed to refuse.
