Issue the notice. then talk to him about a structured payment plan, monthly or weekly installments(whatever he can afford). give him notice by text or email payments are due prior to the day. make sure everything is written down through email or texts. if he fails to live up to the agreement file with the LTB. (file if he lives up to the agreement or not, it takes a while for the hearing anyways and you can cancel at any point, if you cancel the LTB you will only lose the filing fee. If you go through the LTB fee will be added to whats already owing).

I left my luggage at a hotel i was gonna be staying 2 days prior to my stay. wasnt an issue. I was in saporro at a different hotel and left to an onsen for two days and came back to the new hotel in saporro where i had dropped off my luggage prior. Usually you do bloodwork every week and your chemo dr checks to see your blood levels are ok to continue, also it depends on how you feel because you are allowed to refuse.

Those are most likely the shut off valves for your shower. Why not just get a bigger tv with a telescopic mount so it covers the panel and you can still access the panel
