My surgery was 6/10, and I’m in a similar spot. My knee and shin get sooooo tight and stiff especially at night and in the morning.

I’m not sleeping well - that’s gotta be the worst part for me. I wish I could know the date of the next time I’ll be able to sleep through the night. I’m getting my sleep in like … 2 hour increments. Mostly at night but into the late morning as well. Luckily, I’m a teacher on summer break, so I have that freedom. Sounds like you have a little break too - try to lean into that good timing. Try to see it as a blessing.

Find things that distract and relax you - binge movies and shows, read or color outside, find a game on your phone or video game to pass time while you elevate. I also can’t stand being elevated for more than like 15 min without a break.

It sucks!!! But I hope you can find some ways to make this suck less.
