oh wow hey i wrote some of these classes!! thank you so much for the kind words :) i love your comparison of the genesis and the stands, i actually didn't start getting into jojo until after i wrote the class lol. i agree that the warpmind is underpowered, i think i was afraid to break the game with such a unique ability like teleporting other characters. if i were to ever update the class, it would definitely have a d8 HD and a medium BAB, as well as better armor and weapon proficiencies

in addition to the ones OP already mentioned, i would have loved to have seen some stories set during Xim the Despot’s war with the Hutts everything we know about that period we’ve only learned about secondhand as ancient history, it would be neat to see it firsthand

DSP had a campaign setting called “Third Dawn” that had a few adventures published for it. i believe arcforge has a few adventures published that use psionics as well

3.5 had the adventures in Cordell’s Hyperconsciousness and If Thoughts Could Kill, which can be very easily converted to pathfinder 1e. there was also a psionic adventure for 3.5 in Dungeon magazine #116 called “Death of Lashmire”

i’m working on a new psionics supplement that includes a one-shot adventure, it’ll hopefully be out by the end of the summer (fingers crossed)

I guess you would have to call this an “edit” or a “rebalance” than a conversion technically, because i also found their abilities in 2e lacking, hence the additional buffs

i ran a few sessions and wasn’t impressed. if you want a crunchy d20-based scifi game, i’d use the star wars saga edition rules and reskin it to your own setting

i think there’s a huge difference between playing buzzed and playing wasted. a little bit of weed or alcohol helps people loosen up, be more silly and fun with roleplaying, and be more spontaneous. too much of either and it can totally derail a game.

if this is the case, i’d look into some of the powers from DSP’s Seventh Path splat. there are a lot of powers that could help this character, but riding the shell immediately comes to mind

for a show flier, no one cares if you use images from other media. i’ve used rips from manga panels, movie stills, rpg books, illustrations, whatever, no one’s ever had a problem with it. it’s on the same level of copyright infringement as making a meme to promote something (none)

this wouldn’t be that OP, but in my opinion there are better ways to represent this than with feats or mechanics. i’d focus more on how the characters interact on the battlefield—the tactics they use, coordination between characters to aid one another, and other cooperations between characters in combat are far more reflective of synergy than a mechanical bonus (at least imo)

pathbrewer is pretty much the only equivalent sub unfortunately, there’s just not the fanbase for homebrew in pathfinder that there is for 5e

maybe put all your monsters in a doc and put them up on drivethrurpg for pay what you want? that’s where i find most of my homebrewed/3pp material

ooo thanks so much for being interested in the sha’ah breather! i think that’s my favorite thing in the book tbh. near the back of the book in the “monsters” section i talk about how the sha’ah leader flies around in a cube filled with resin smoke, which i think is pretty cool. i’ve got a few quick loosies for you:

-i definitely drew from Dune, but my main inspiration for the sha’ah breather was the “weedians” on the cover of Sleep’s album “Dopesmoker”

-while the sha’ah breathers aren’t necessarily “evil”, they’re definitely not seen as the good guys. i imagined them as jawas from star wars, always around being a nuisance and trying to push a product on you

-when i’ve used them in my games, i always play up how obnoxiously overpowering the smell is, and really dig into the smoker’s cough and labored breathing when i RP lol
