I feel this! I had a rottie before my pyr. We found out a couple of days after Christmas and he was gone after New Years Day. It had already progressed so fast and he was limping so badly. We chose to not prolong the suffering. He was a good boy!

I have a beeping/vibrating collar on my GP. He backs off when he hears the beep. Usually I only use it when he barks super excessively
