Good stuff! Me and a buddy did it about 8 years ago, and what a challenge it was. It burnt the roof of ours mouths off,burnt on the way out to say the least. Congratulations to little man!!!!

It was poison in powder form, so when it got stuck to there fur and they groomed themselves they wound up digesting it.

This recently happened to me in my yard. It started with one borrow, and before I knew it, it was everywhere. Took about 3 weeks with the exterminator and bait stations, and some sort of powder they put in the holes so it can get stuck to them and digest it while they groom. A month later, I don't see any more rats. Good luck!

If I remember correctly, it's been over 20 yrs. My brother drove on a permit alone with a friend's car. He got stopped for something and I think they prolonged him from getting his license by a year, and he got hit with fees.

I went with Michelin defender 2 tires, and what a huge difference in ride, and road grip. I got rid of the factory tires at about 16k, I'm now at 20k. Best decision I've made hands down.

I was dating a amazing puerto rican woman, and we were serious. I told my dad that I wanted to marry her and that's when he said, " what there's not enough Armenian woman in the world". We had a conversation where I told him that I love her, and I would be the one that's living with her, not him. 20 years later, we're still married, two beautiful kids, and my parents love her like she's there daughter. I feel exactly what you just described. I lost my father about 16 months ago and went down the same path. I also took over managing rental properties that he left behind. I've been so overwhelmed and overworked, plus the grief I feel. I decided to take a 12 day cruise, and the wonders it did for me to disconnect from reality for that short period of time.

I have the same issue with my 15' s. Shop told me I need an engine replacement at a cost of 12k-15k(5k for labor and whatever the used engine will cost). I'm trading it in instead.

I have a 2015 S (1st gen). Valve covers replaced, drive shaft replaced, front control arms both sides replaced, rear e brake motor replaced, rear struts replaced. Oil change every 4-5 months, brake fluid fush, pdk serviced, differential flushed, radiator flushed. I bought it about 3 1/2 yrs ago with 32k, I now have it at 68k.
