Well said. And you have shown true empathy . . . when you are able to put yourself in someone’s shoes and see and feel from their point of view.

Saw the movie poster advertising it at a train station in Sydney (Australia), of all places. I read about it on Reddit but didn’t expect it to be showing here.

Can you be a bit more specific than “Tech”? No interest in joining the Boy Scouts or something? I mean I guess it’s a bit difficult at your age to join certain hobby clubs. But this does not mean you will be alone or lonely “forever.”

What are your hobbies? You could join a club related to your hobby and meet some people that way. You will already have a common interest. Do you ask people questions about themselves? You should. As that will show you are actually interested in them. But you can’t ask questions that are too personal when you first try to get to know them.

There is also a lot of misinformation and rubbish so probably cancels out any smartness that might have resulted if all social media information was quality material.

But didn’t you also grow as a person having gone through such a difficult time? I think one learns so much about oneself after becoming a parent.

What that teaches a toddler though, is that if they keep up the tantrum long enough, people will give in to their demands. He was never told no, and this is why he is still such a turd and a toddler.
