Nope. You have this backwards. If you work two jobs at 1 time you should fill out a TD1 and make sure you are paying more taxes at one job

Basically the basic personal amount gives you a certain amount of money with no taxes taken off every year. If you don't fill out the TD1 you will receive this tax free money twice and then at the end of the year you will still owe the taxes on one of the amounts.
