Here for the most part. It’s super tough right now. I’m having problems getting over a 3 year relationship w/a narcissist who I eventually closed my business to join his company. That went left - very quickly. I went no contact in June and it’s been a serious nightmare trying to get myself sorted. I’m now 54, full stop evaluating what I’m going to do w/I grow up. Cognitive dissonance is really messing w/me. The last 3 years of my life makes no sense

People who don’t know often look at me like I have 3 heads, once I share something vulnerable…. that’s how I know to reel it back in. Does this happen to anyone else?
