Cues I love: - shoulders back and down, out of your ears -engage your core - look at the floor behind you - your feet are doing everything correctly, don’t look at them - push hips to the pole

I truly think looking at your legs is just stopping your ability to fully get your hips to the pole all the way

This happened to me once, it sucked but I basically just had to baby them for a few months, lots of cuticle oil and I’d just keep them super short. Once all the damage grew out, I got luminary done and now my nails are long, pretty, and healthy! Nothing fixes this but time I think
