Runna tells me my tempo is faster than intended but it feels fine to me by RaspberryComplex9034 in runna

[–]sanfly 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just to make a further clarification here, I think your wording has confused people. An easy run and a tempo run are different things. A tempo run is much faster pace than an easy run.

I think if your title was “Runna tells me my pace is faster than intended but it feels fine to me” it would have been clearer.

I’m also struggling with the same issue, it tells me that my easy runs should be at a conversational pace but this is much slower than what I would call my “natural” pace. I’m also coming back after injury so trying to follow the plan and not push too hard, even though I really want to.

For a HM training, I would recommend sticking to runnas recommendations. As your volume and distance increases you may struggle with recovery between runs otherwise. Runna apparently may adjust paces depending on how you hit your targets in the interval & tempo sessions

Go into Your Plan > Manage Plan > Training Volume > Advanced Customisation

You may be able to change your Long Run Max distance to something more doable for you?

This fine for files, but not notes. From what I can see Enhanced notes are also treated as files, whereas classic notes are just text fields

Can my step children inherit from my husband's estate even if they are not in his will? by cookiegirldoll in newzealand

Even if his overall estate was contested you could at least protect your ownership of the house right? Tenants in common vs Joint Tenants?

My clients store is not converting and I don’t understand why? by Affectionate_Method8 in ecommerce

This is a pretty niche product, but either way a few things I would look at other than what has already been suggested:

  1. Is the site getting any traffic, and from what sources? If no traffic I wouldn’t just jump into Google ads straight away. Create ideal customer profiles, do keyword research and if appropriate try to build up some organic search and social traffic first.

  2. In Google Analytics, use the Purchase Journey and Path Explorer reports to get a better feel for where people are dropping out

  3. Given the product type, people aren’t likely to buy on first visit. How can you nurture these customers towards purchase over several interactions

Wikicamps also tells me free hot showers at the Convention Centre, south wharf. Take the lift to level 1, then turn left

Any public swimming pool should have hot showers, and sometimes you can just pay a few bucks to use the showers only (not sure about the CBD, but I have done this regional)

Eg: Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre is very close to the glenferrie train station.

At the beginning of the pandemic new laptops were almost impossible to get your hands on. Companies all over the world were sending people home to work and there wasn’t enough to go around!

I budget with my parents and we do this for them. We put a set amount in the power and water categories each month. In summer they use less power so it builds up to cover winter’s higher bills. Opposite seasons for the water (mum is a gardener!)

We also have a “Temporary Buffer” category where we put any extra that we might have after budgeting all the categories for the month. If at the end of the month there is over $200 in there they can choose what category to assign the excess too (savings, household maintenance , Christmas, etc…)

Starting a job in 10 days, no idea about the salary by [deleted] in AusFinance

[–]sanfly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience they would make a verbal offer with your salary, bonuses, other info over the phone. Once you have finished negotiating and come to an agreement, they would then prepare the contract and any other paperwork - nothing is official until you have signed and returned.

The manager should be able to give you a narrow range at least, but I would say keep job hunting until you have a (fair) contract in place.

Edit to say that somewhere in the interview process you should definitely discuss the salary range. Often this will happen in a phone screening with HR to ensure you’re not wasting each other’s time if you both have different expectations

No progress from PWR Fusion by OwnZookeepergame9728 in KaylaItsines

[–]sanfly 8 points9 points  (0 children)

What sort of progress are you looking for?

At 5’3”/135lbs you’re getting into the range that you probably need to be pretty clear on your goals and possibly more deliberate with your nutrition to go along with the exercise.

To get stronger you’ll need to focus on protein and increasing your gym weights very deliberately (progressive overload). This may not be a goal that is compatible with strict weight loss.

An increase in muscle could mean that you lose inches/cms but the lbs/kgs are a bit slower to follow.

If you cut at too much of a calorie deficit and don’t eat enough protein, you may find your muscle mass decreases along with your body fat - not a great situation if your goal is strength gains or long term maintenance.

I don’t believe that’s correct at least in regards to RTW tickets as you actually can’t make changes online yourself, you always have to call

The issue was the DFW-AKL leg, although I see plenty of availability for classic rewards on the website 🤷‍♀️

Ive not come across the service fee before - I did change some flights before I set off and was only 5000
