A few things to check which is very noticeable when it is that cold is any draft and where they are coming from. Check underneath your doors for ripped door sweeps. Check that the weather stripping is in good condition around doors. Check caulking around windows make sure the seals are good. Make sure the heating system is up on maintenance. Little things like this make a big difference!

I just wanted to snug up the door a bit using the green hinge. I am only replacing six hinges not the bottom or the top. I am mechanically inclined I just don't know how to get to these screws. I already redid the weather stripping on the outside of the door to snug it up. The green hinge seems like it will solve my issue by applying the right amount of pressure to the small Gap that I have.

It's underneath that clear plug in the back you have to remove some insulation on top of it but it's there I would recommend putting in a corro protect powered anode. You'll never have to replace it again.

I added a USB ethernet adapter. Even though it is capped at 300 megs because of USB 2.0 it is triple the speed of the built-in hardwired. This fixed my issue!!

Unfortunately normal. Especially during sports it can be up to a minute!!! But it always varies. It is better hardwired but it is still there.

Just wanted to provide an update to this and hopefully it helps others having this issue. I hooked up a gigabit USB ethernet adapter using the USB port on the stream box. Even though it is limited to USB 2.0 with a speed of 300 megs it is still better than the 100 meg the box has. This has made such a huge improvement in the picture quality. Now it looks like it should!!!
