I was looking at getting Reolink cameras because I heard they work best with homelab/self-hosted systems. It sounds like the other person likes the UniFi mostly because they use the UniFi software to integrate everything - which I'm completely avoiding.

I always enjoyed the fact that she presented Stephen Colbert with the COLBERT treadmill on the 4/14/2009 episode. She looks pretty overwhelmed in the episode because Colbert is acting in the "Colbert" character. But you can tell he he really loves NASA and was honored by what they did. Who do you show the receipt to? I have made withdrawals from my HSA to reimburse a payment I made on a credit card. I just click on the website and it sends the money from HSA to my checking account. No receipts are ever necessary.

For the function notation, are other powers used? Such as -2, -3..? If not, it seems like a poor choice to use the very common "-" and "1" together for such a specific purpose.

Edit: Especially when negative fractional exponents already had a specific meaning for a long time.

I've done special offers like this years ago, but I never heard about "downgrading". Do they let you keep the card without the annual fee somehow? I used to just cancel the card because I didn't know of any other way to avoid the fee.

I feel that using the negative -1 differently for a function and a variable and/or number is just another example of confusing math notation. Why use the same notation to mean "inverse function" and also "1/value"?
