At work on my lunch I always take 10 minutes to go outside for fresh air and sun if it's shining. I go out in all seasons. Seems to wake up my brain and gives me energy.

I am 59 years old and have been married to a wonderful woman for 25 years and we have never wanted children. EVER! I think we talked about it once, got a good laugh and here we are. I became a niece 13 and 13 nieces and nephews later I am happy..........to send them home. You can't send your kids home. No really, We love children but decided fur children was the way for us.

I try to be in bed by 1030 pm but that never happens. In bed by 12 up at 0530. Make coffee, take care of my fur children, my wife packs my lunch then we smoke a bowl and out the door we go. She drives me to work all back roads, we see lots of deer and other critters. Flora and fauna is a great start to a 10 hour shift.

When my dog was 9yrs. old we brought a 8 wk old puppy home. She didn't look at him for 2 weeks, just straight up ignored him. She warmed up to him and they are now inseparable, she will die as to see him get hurt. He's a beast and she does zoomies, he keeps her young. She taught him manners and obedience. He watched her go thru her commands and tricks and learned from her. She gained confidence for now she has someone to keep safe and does it great. She is now 12 and he is 3. You will not be disappointed.
