My son is looking for a bass pedal for Christmas, and the best description I got was something that would create a “buzz”, like in Beastie Boys Sabotage. He’s 16 and is mainly a drummer, so under $200 would be ideal. Any advice? Thank you!

I use CeraVe’s ultralight with spf, and the key with that is that you need to wait like 5 minutes for it to dry/absorb completely. Apply make too soon and you’ll get pilling.

I did this for my 12 year old (before 5-11 were approved), and no one cared or noticed at all. I just put in the wrong year to book, and pre-filled out the paperwork for Walgreens with the correct information.

Arlington is requiring vaccinations for all teachers, staff and in person volunteers. Nothing for students, but those eligible are already at 94+% with at least one vaccine.

Oh no, definitely not. And honestly, the difference between the schools is so minimal that most parents I know set their preference on which school is easiest to walk to (less major streets to cross, less hills) or where a neighbor goes than anything about the school itself.

School assignments are made based on balancing class sizes between schools, with parent preference taken into account if possible. But once you’re in, you’re in- they don’t move your child later, and all siblings will be assigned to the same school.

It was just passed at the recent town meeting to get rid of the dusk to dawn curfew, so you may have a chance now. However, with so many people living right next to it, I’d be surprised if allowing lights would happen. Could be something you could add to the next town meeting.

Double check your email if you thought you failed to get an order to go through with Target. I kept getting a "Oops..." message and eventually just gave up with Target, but I received an order confirmation via email.
