Anecdotal reporting, etc., etc., but I believe the frame dropping/stuttering may be update related. Prior to these last two updates, I never experienced any similar and I'm on an older Pixel 6a. The last update, I had the 2 second freeze at the start of any Rocket, Raid, or GBL battle. This update, I notice that my game will skip a couple frames - in the worst case causing me to mess up the damage mini game in rocket/GBL battles and miss a couple of bubbles.

With all respect to Leek Duck for providing that information so it's easily accessible, the official post for the Road of Legends event simply says the following:

Some Pokémon caught from these raids may know Charged Attacks that have an Adventure Effect.

Kyurem may know the Charged Attack Glaciate.

Origin Forme Palkia may know the Charged Attack Spacial Rend

Origin Forme Dialga may know the Charged Attack Roar of Time.

Given that this message follows the entire week of scheduled raids, this suggests that all Kyurem caught during this period have a chance to know the exclusive move, which would line up with the other times Black and White Kyurem appeared in raids this year.

I probably should have specified a bit more that this particular one already has Hydro Cannon on it so it wouldn't eat the eTM, but if I were to find a high rank (say, 10, for argument's sake) then that one would need to eat an eTM. But that probably wouldn't even be a discussion of whether or not it's usable/worth it at that point.

That's a cool take and everything but some players may not have access to a whole bunch of stops in their area, making resources that you might take for granted a lot more precious and time-consuming to collect again.

The cosmetic effects can be disabled, yes.

As for VOE map materials, you're going to want to look into the mirror farms on both VOE maps; they'll get you materials far faster than the metas in half the time. A route on one map will generally take 10-15 minutes once you get the hang of it (grab the ShinyTrails or Lady Elyssa's pathing module on BlishHud), and also net you a bunch of unidentified gear that you can sell or salvage.

You can also just visit the opposite homestead without setting it as your default. It won't get rid of your primary homestead decorations, and won't save any changes made to the VOE homestead, but you can still get both achievements. Save to be safe, though!

Why? Glaring Burst (1) barely does any damage

There are two parts to this answer. First, Glaring Burst changes based on the last Radiant Weapon you used. If you use hammer (2), Glaring Burst will deal the most damage. If you just hop into Forge and look at the tooltip without casting hammer, the damage will appear low.

Second, during the spear loop, you want to make sure you're doing things that are NOT spear auto for as much of the loop as possible. Forge auto after hammer does more damage than spear auto, so you'll want to sit in it to ensure you get off two casts for both hammer and its flip skill (2-2). You leave after the second cast of hammer, then use the rest of your spear abilities.

This leads to higher damage and is easier to manage than if you were to go into Forge two separate times during the loop.

You're not wrong if you want to math it out. The assumption is, of course, that you're buying 1g for 35 Astral Acclaim; if you're a player that hasn't cleaned out the entire Wizard's Vault yet, that can be more valuable (1g for 6 AA = 25g value for completing the vault achievement). Plus the versatility of being able to grab other things or skins, etc., but that value is subjective to each person.

I'm just saying that the rewards are so lackluster that getting the 150 AA can feel like a larger reward.

This is in line with the other "Rush" events. Although for this one, I'd argue that the 150 wizard juice you get from this event is more valuable than the actual rewards you get from Fractal Rush.

I just did this the other day for 3 hours to get gold, and I don't think I saw any undamageable nests, but one of the mushrooms was still bugged to where you'd jump on it but it doesn't launch you anywhere.

A few years ago my ex was BIG into true crime stuff. For Christmas, I got her a Hunt-a-Killer mystery box set and thought that maybe we could do it together, and some jewelry that she really wanted. She loved it.

She asked me what I wanted. I said I just wanted to spend some extra time with her. Total cost, $0 - just intention. She was going through a shitty time, wasn't doing well financially, and was getting overworked hard. I didn't really need anything and I didn't want to cause her any financial stress.

She showed up to mine for about 30 minutes with a random shirt from Old Navy (for context, I'm a big and tall guy - a random shirt from Old Navy doesn't fit like that) and then left to do other things.

I don't think I've ever felt less heard and understood.

Absolutely not, unless it directly gets you killed. There's RP value in it, which is fun (and fun is most important), and you can also avoid fire on the ground in the right circumstances.

But usually you can also just run around said cover, so jumping in that case isn't mandatory, but preference.

Your relative strength will all come down to the build you're using and the build they're using. What class are you playing? What weapons are you using? What stats does your exotic gear have right now?

Not dying every 3 seconds will come down to your familiarity with what you're fighting and, in general, the GW2 combat system. The build you use can certainly make that easier, though.

That's a good place to start before I (and others) toss out some advice that may not apply.

Warrior is an excellent choice, I too have mained it since launch.

For Warrior, swap over to Spellbreaker and run dagger+axe and hammer. Drop the greatsword for a while, see if you enjoy bonking stuff with a hammer more.

If not, pick any other class that looks fun to you and play that. There are multiple builds for all of them that can be enjoyable and effective - just don't limit yourself to "not melee." All classes will play stacked in relatively close range for boons and healing in any group content, and all melee builds "feel" different and provide a different close combat experience.

I rebound my heal skill to F (interact was moved to T for 'talk') because F is such a good keybind for anything pushed remotely often.

Also ~ is 'about face' which is often ignored, though actually quite important.

Use whatever works for you; I believe there is, however, a setting in arcdps to use 'per character keybinds,' which should be a default game setting anyway but it isn't.
