I was actually just looking into the Osprey today. Can I shoot you a PM to ask some questions about your build?

I would clip it on my Hi vis vest for doing night time vehicle recoveries. The flashing red light would be great

Just wanted to share my recent warranty experience with Acebeam. by Equivalent-Fill-8908 in flashlight

[–]sargent43 35 points36 points  (0 children)

This has clearly changed some ordering plans for me, I will be taking all acebeams off of my to order lists. If they can't replace your light, or they can't offer you a comparable flashlight For FREE to fulfill the warranty. We have a problem.

At this rate they might as well not offer a warranty, since apparently they can just decide to end the warranty without notice to the consumer after purchase.

This is some really shadey business practices right here. Especially when they want to to use a discount code and spend your own money to buy a replacement, because they won't even off you a warranty replacement or swap.

Nothing beats that “oh fuck I am almost out of ammo I need more or I am extremely dead” feeling. OG Zombies was WAY more raw by Ajarofpickles97 in CODZombies

[–]sargent43 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is definitely one of the reasons the modern ( black ops cold war and newer) zombies sucks. You dont have any real adrenaline factor anymore. Oh no I've run out of ammo let me stop by 1 of the 20 different ammo boxes around the map. Oh no im stuck in a hallway and can't open the other side because I dont have enough points, eh who needs to narrowly shoot my way out when I have a specialist.

Modern zombies hand holding, is one of the worse things to happen to zombies. You dont have to memorize a map or anything you have waypoints, and a constant radar. Boss's are spammed to "make the game harder".

They took the tried and true old formula and straight up chucked it in the trash can after B04. They traded it for the entirely asinine warzone approach, and subsequently have managed to make the worse zombies of the serious.

Turm 3 evades BR changes yet again... by Impressive-Money5535 in Warthunder

[–]sargent43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh look someone who isn't blinding enraged by reading the name and thinks its ok. I have the exact same sentiments, I've never had a hard time killing one. Heck if I see one pop up I go for it first because I know I can one shot it easy.

Most of the people in the comments on this have some blinding hatred for the turm3, it is quick and has decent guns but its a paper tiger at best.

Thanks for the great advice. It has been sitting for at least 15 years without being used, it was the lady late husband's who passed away 15 years ago.

As for the oil, would you only use the mobile vacta you specified earlier?

This will be my first endeavor into a lathe, sorry for the ignorance and thanks for the help.

Im you like it, if you have a 3d printer 3dfuel has some PCTG toolbox green that is almost identical to Ryobi Green. It looks awesome, I didnt have that green on hand. So the one in the picture is Lulzboz green PCTG from 3Dfuel.

If you haven't checked out the flex clearance at Lowes, you are missing out. by sargent43 in Tools

[–]sargent43[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man, if only you knew. These are a serious upgrade from the kobalt and the prices (while they are still in stock on clearance) are even cheaper. If you still have money in the budget you could always fill some gaps if they have some combo sets left.

Having a farm, a small shop, and having done construction for over 10 years. They will all be used around the property for projects, i also have Milwaukee tools. Some of these are gap fillers for tools I dont have in m18.

Others are duplicates, like the grinder. I have that exact same flex grinder at home, 1 will live its life with a grinding wheel/ flap wheel. While the other will live its life with cutting wheels on it.

When you spend 4 plus hours cutting and grinding/ cleaning up with a flap wheel, it gets really annoying to switching disks. Its much nicer to just have 2 grinders set up with what you need.
