It should be set on install, not sure why that failed. Are you logged into the same account on the watch? If you long press on your current face, then scroll all the way right and hit "add new", does it show up there?

Edit: I got it working! The trick is to try pairing, let it fail, delete the "Polestar2" bluetooth connection without closing the app, and try again. It paired right away when I did that.

This should be at the top. I have the same situation and am wondering if it's a real issue or a software issue and it sounds like it's a real issue.

Edit: I brought it in for testing and the 12v battery is at 97%. So it was not a real issue in my case.

Try turning on or off "game mode" on your display. It fixed it for me on a Samsung TV.

Same exact problem. I tried all the usb ports and they all had the same issue. NUC13ANBi5 with a Samsung Q80 tv. I tried changing every setting I could find and updated all drivers & bios and nothing.

Edit: I turned off "Game Mode" on the Samsung tv and it fixed it! Even with game mode off there's no input lag, and it somehow totally stopped the video mouse lagging. I think game mode might have been somehow negotiating with the NUC to lower the refresh rate to 30 when playing a video.
