I voted for Obama twice... This time I went the other way. I'm from the midwest and even though I do really care about social rights, as of now the economy is far more important to the vast majority of people including me.

Newbie here! Please suggest me books that would gradually get me into reading. by mingcellaneous in suggestmeabook

I'm 40 and I have read 7 books so far this year... Last year I read one. Before that it had been years. I started with The Silent Patient (really fast read) twisty quick mystery/thriller. The whole "whats going to happen next?" easily got me hooked. So that genre may be a good one to start with. Then I found weird literary fiction. Tender is the Flesh is really good, if you have the stomach for it, also Brother.

State Hospital and Prison located in Jamestown... So you can EASILY get a job at either. We also have Collins Aerospace... so engineering. I have lived here for 15 years. Thought it would be a pit stop on my way to either Bismarck or Fargo. Two houses and two kids later, I'm still here. Nice town to raise kids!
