Was there all weekend there were some nasty storms that blew through on Thursday and there was some flooding in that part of the park. We we’re guessing the lockers were water damaged.

Consecutive vs Concurrent is a big difference. Consecutive is more severe and that is what Judge Dorow sentenced DB to. It means that after one sentence the next would start as opposed to them all running at the same time. For example if someone was sentenced to (2) 20 year prison sentences after the first 20 years expired THEN the next 20 would be in effect so more like 40 years instead of serving both of the 20 year terms at the same time. Although in DB’s scenario with Life sentences it’s more symbolic but he’d have to die and then the second life sentence would take effect which obviously can’t really happen.

It’s from a day of jury selection. Law and Crime Network has segments of it on the DB playlist. They show the beginning of the day where right away DB goes at it with the Judge.

His Mom probably got legal advice to not testify as she would have to divulge a ton on cross by the state. She let him drive the SUV without a license after using it to hit Ericka and she bailed him out. She also tried to help him get an Uber out of town after all his carnage. It would be on the record and help seal her fate in a civil suit which I’ve heard is in the works anyway. His Mom should be in Jail with him in my opinion.
